What We Do
Housing Navigation
Permanent housing pathways, navigating SSVF, HUD‑VASH, rapid rehousing, landlord engagement, and rental assistance for those who are not HUDVASH/SSVF eligible.
Benefits & Income
VA benefits & health care navigation, CalFresh/GR/SSI, ID & records
Behavioral Health & Recovery
Warm transfers to mental health, SUD treatment, peer groups
Employment & Education
Job readiness, referrals to AJCC/HVRP, training, GI Bill navigation
Legal & Reentry Support
Parole/conditions support, warm handoffs to clean‑slate, tickets, warrants
Peer Support
veteran‑to‑veteran accompaniment, groups, navigation at VPAN rally points
How to Enroll
In‑Person
Meet us at a Parole PACT meeting or VPAN Rally Point in your district
Bring what you have: CDCR ID, VA ID, DD‑214 if available — not required to get started.
Where We Work
(L.A. County)
We serve all 5 Supervisorial Districts. Staff are based from VPAN sites and community partners.
Field‑based & mobile: we can meet at VPAN rally points, community centers, libraries, or reentry housing sites.
